Al naso si presenta con note torrefatte di caffè e orzo tostato.

Al gusto di liquirizia, cacao e frutta secca, con prevalenza di toni tostati che ritornano nel finale.

Abbinamenti: carpacci di pesce e frutti di mare, cioccolato modicano e dolci tradizionali siciliani.
